Our focus is on quality, and our parts are sourced from trusted and tested suppliers. We offer the option of using genuine parts where available, and high quality aftermarket parts where not.

With any type of repair on an electronic device that has data, we always recommend that you back it up before bringing it to us. Although repairs such as screen, battery, charge port etc do not carry an immediate risk of data loss, there are always possibilities that your device may need to be factory reset so it is best practice to back up your device prior to any repair.

Currently we do not sell on used devices to the public. We do have plans to incorporate this into our business model, but unfortunately we currently do not offer this service.

Yes! We are extremely confident that our work is of the highest quality, and we love our customers to be completely satisfied, so we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs. You can find the details of the warranty Here.

Our standard service aims to have your device repaired with 24-48 hours, and in some cases we can even have your repair completed the same day, however this is subject to the type of job and the emmergence of unexpected damage which may increase the time of repair.

Yes you can! We accept mail in orders for most types of devices, but we urge you to be cautious when sending your device in. Here is the procedure and our recommendations for Mail In Repair.
